A scientist discovers the means to turn cow manure into energy. Two secret agents are dispatched to steal the formula from him, but they devote more time to having sex with each other than they do pursuing the formula. It doesn't take long before word gets around what's going on and then everyone in the area's chasing after the old coot and having sex with everyone else.

Dubbed from the original German, the hilarious English soundtrack alone is worth the time watching it.
