Inspector Perkins is confronted with a mysterious case: A murdered millionaire has been fished out of the Thames River. On the drowned man's person is a doll, on which the words, Crime - Murder - the Monster and the Gorilla are inscribed. Now the inspector must risk his neck to find out who the head of this criminal organization is. And who, by the way, is the man behind the mask of the murdering gorilla?
