Out of the insanity and absolute stupidity of the Second World War, there arose a legend, admired by both sides in the conflict.  This legend was Erwin Rommel, the famed Desert Fox, and his achievements and reputation reached an almost supernatural level for both his friends and foes.  But was it justified?  This film explores the man -- and the myth of -- Rommel, showing his achievements and what life in the Afirka Korps was really like.    (130 minutes; in German with no subtitles.  Very good quality).
