MIDNIGHT CLUB (1933):

A successful gang of jewel thieves operating out of a London nightclub and using doubles to take their places in the club while they're out committing crimes. The police commissioner in London calls in an American detective to infiltrate the gang and prove they're the ones doing the dirty deeds.
