Zweiter Teil der Mabuse-Reihe der 1960er Jahre: Dr. Mabuse lebt und strebt danach, Partner des Verbrechersyndikats von Chicago zu werden. The second part of the Mabuse series of the Sixties:  Dr. Mabuse is trying to become a partner in the criminal syndicate in Chicago.  With the help of a poison gas, which forces people to bow to his will, he removes every person, who stands in the way of his plans.  But who is Mabuse?  Everyone is suspect:  the prison director; the priest; even the beautiful reporter Maria and the smart FBI detective Joe Como.  They all seem to have something to hide.
