Maximilian, der gerade ein kleines Reisebüro eröffnet hat, und die Balletttänzerin Gipsy heiraten heimlich. Vor allem Gipsys Chefin Daniela darf nichts von ihrer Ehe wissen, ist es den Tänzerinnen ihrer Gruppe doch per Vertrag untersagt, verheiratet zu sein. Von Gipsy erfährt Maximilian, dass Daniela schon mehrere Jahre heimlich mit seinem besten Freund, dem Theaterdirektor Ronald, zusammen ist, der nicht zuletzt das Ballett seit Jahren am Theater engagiert. Für Maximilian steht fest: Schafft er es, dass Ronald Daniela heiratet, können auch er und Gipsy offen zu ihrer Ehe stehen. 

Maximilian, who has just opened a small travel agency, and the ballet dancer Gipsy marry secretly. Above all, Gipsy’s boss Daniela must not know about marriage, as the dancers are prohibited by contract to get married. But Maximilian finds out from Gipsy, that Daniela has been secretly living together with his best friend Ronald, a theatre director, for a number of years already. Maximilian decides the best thing to do would be to get Ronald to marry Daniela, so that he and Gipsy can reveal their marriage publicly.
