This film is a dramaitzation of the old Viennese cabbie song, "I fuehr' zwa harbe Rappen", composed by Gustav Pick, and describes the fate of a cabbie in a rather sentimental way, who becomes an unwilling murderer of an unscrupulous seducer.

Der Film ist eine Dramatisierung des Alt-Wiener Fiakerliedes "I führ' zwa harbe Rappen", komponiert von Gustav Pick, und schildert auf sentimentale Weise das Schicksal eines Fiakers, der zum unfreiwilligen Totschläger an einem skrupellosen Verführer wird.
