THE SOLITAIRE MAN  (1933):

The Solitaire Man is a renowned jewel their who is ready to retire and marry Helen, his partner in crime and his one true love. However, their plans are shattered when another member of the gang, Bascom, walks in with a stolen necklace. Helen absolutely refuses to get married until the necklace is returned; but when the attempt is made to "give the jewels back", the whole gang comes under suspicion for the theft and for the murder of a Scotland Yard inspector.
