Bei einer Trainingsfahrt für ein großes Autorennen in Sizilien verunglückt die Rennfahrerin Bettina Bang und wird von einem geheimnisvollen Unbekannten gerettet. Später stellt sich heraus, dass der Unbekannte der Rennfahrer Harry Bredow ist. Die beiden werden ein Paar, doch ihn umgibt ein Geheimnis: Er ist bereits verheiratet.

During a test run for a large race in Sicily, the racing car driver Bettina Bang gets into an accident and is saved by a secretive person unknown to her. It later turns out that the unknown man is the race car driver Harry Bredow. Both soon become a couple, but Harry has a secret: he's already married, the dog.
