Till Voss, a young man from a rich house, has joined a band of white slavers who, with the aid of drugs, make their victims into docile prostitutes. A reporter gets wind of the story, but is kept away from the details by physical force before he can explore the allegations seriously. When the use of drugs leads to the first fatality among the women, the police get involved as well, but no one has the courage to tell the politicos what's going on under their noses; and so, even more women end up dead. Will anyone have the courage to put an end to this crime?

Till Voss, ein Junge aus reichem Hause, hat sich mit einer Bande von Mädchenhändlern eingelassen, die junge Fraen mit Hilfe von Drogen gefügig machen und an Freier vermitteln. Ein Reporter bekommt Wind von der Sache, wird aber, noch bevor er wirklich tief in die Materie einsteigen kann, mittels körperlicher Gewalt auf Distanz gehalten. Als es dann zum ersten Todesfall durch die Drogen kommt, schaltet sich auch die Polizei ein, aber niemand hat den Mut, den Beamten die Wahrheit zu offenbaren. Und so kommt es zu weiteren Toten - wird irgendwer die Sache stoppen können?
