$13.99

Inspired by Elvis Presley's army induction, "Idol on Parade" is the story of rock and roll star "Jeep Jackson" who, while riding high on the crest of fame, suddenly finds himself drafted into the British Army. Jeep's unconventional ways create havoc within the ranks and don't win him any points with his disapproving commanding officer, but they do draw the attentions of his daughter. Jeep Jackson's manager doesn't want his client's fame to fade, (or his 10% cut!), so Jeep is smuggled out of the barracks at different times to perform and record new songs. At one midnight performance, a group of teddy boys start a fight and the entire theater erupts into a rumble. Jeep takes his Hofner 6-string and bashes a teddy boy in the head. Jeep makes an even bigger mistake by falling for his commanding officer's daughter!
